Camp amenities

Service of Camp and Tipping

During your stay, your rooms will be serviced daily for your convenience, including the kitchen and living areas. A staff member will be on duty from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. If you would like a fire lit in the morning for breakfast or brunch, or in the evening to enjoy, simply let them know and they will be happy to assist. A service tip of R150 per staff member per day is kindly suggested and would be greatly appreciated.

Drinking Water

The water from the tap is safe to drink, although it may be slightly hard due to the soil in the area. For your convenience, filtered water is also provided in a water cooler.

Generator for Power Backup

There will be an ample supply of petrol in the generator for you to use throughout your stay. If you require any assistance with operating the generator, please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member. However, for safety reasons, we kindly request that you refrain from leaving it running overnight while you sleep.

Load Shedding

We recommend downloading the EskomSePush App to stay informed about the load shedding schedule. To find our area, please look under Acornhoek (6) Bushbuckridge.

WiFi

Wifi is available, and the password will be shared with you upon arrival.
